Q: If I purchase a course, how do I have access to that course?

A: Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an email confirmation thanking you for your order which will contain a link that will take you to a list of the available courses.

Q: After I purchase a course, can I download the course onto my computer?

A: No. The course is only accessible via the Armstrong University website.

Q: If I purchased a course previously and I want to take it again after a year as a review, do I have to pay for it?

A: Depending on time. Your link is good for one year. If you have special requirements or extenuating circumstances contact Armstrong Global Learning.

Q: Is there a discount for multiple course purchases?

A: As circumstances can vary greatly as to the needs and volume of courses required, we would ask that you contact Armstrong Global Learning to see how we can work with you to meet your learning requirements and budgets.

Q: If I forget to print my certificate after completing a course and I leave the website, is there a way to go back and get that?

A: Yes. Simply re-enter the course via your link. If you have successfully completed the quiz and passed, you should look directly beneath the course on the page your link takes you. It is there that you have the opportunity to print your certificate. It is important to take and pass the quiz as it is this action which records your successes in Armstrong University.

Q: I work in an office where several people would be interested in the same topics as me. Can I purchase a single course and share it with multiple people?

A: As with any university course of study, the price is meant to be per course, per person. There is only one person assigned to a purchased course and only one person who will get credit for the course and any applicable CEU credits.

Q: If I have interest in a course of study bundle that does not fit the standard bundles offered can I bundle my own topics and if so what is the price?

A: As circumstances can vary greatly as to the needs and volume of courses required, we would ask that you contact Armstrong Global Learning to see how we can work with you to meet your learning requirements and budgets.

Q: Is there a way to get CEU’s on a course by course basis without having to purchase a CEU certified bundle or courses?

A: Contact Armstrong Global Learning for greater details. Basically we can only issue CEU’s in minimal increments of 0.25 units which is the equivalent of 150 minutes of instructional time. Each course has the time required listed to help you be able to total your instructional time. There is a minimal charge to issue CEU’s.

Q: Are these courses available in any other languages other than English?

A: Currently the only other language available is Mandarin and if they are available they will show up underneath the English course.

Q: If I get part way through the course and must quit, can I pick up where I left off at a later time?

A: Yes. These courses are very flexible. Simply sign on via your link and start the course again and click on the approximate location you left off with from the course menu in the left hand column.

Q: If I completed the course and took the quiz but wanted to better my quiz score can I re-take the quiz at another time?

A: Yes. Sign back onto the course via your link and click on the course you want to re-take. Before you enter the course with a final confirmation you are asked at the bottom of the page if you want to “Delete All SCORM Attempts”. If you click on this, it will clear away your previous quiz score. Then just below that you can start a new attempt and press enter to retake the entire course or just retake the quiz again.

Q: Can I take any of these courses via an iPhone, iPad or Android devices?

A: Yes. In order for the quiz scores to be properly recorded within Armstrong University, you will need to download  a browser app called Photon ($) for your particular device and then log onto Armstrong University via Photon.
